Weather

All charters are subject to weather conditions and we reserve the right to cancel any trip due to the bad weather (even at short notice). You may nominate a full refund or choose an alternative day if your trip has been cancelled due to the weather.

Deposits

A deposit is required within 7 days of making the initial booking. The deposit is required in order to secure the trip date. If a deposit isn't taken within 7 days then the trip dates go back on the market. The minimum deposit required is 20% deposit of all fares. Final Payment is due 60 days prior to commencement of the charter. Full payment is required at time of booking for all bookings made inside 60 days of charter.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and can be via e-mail info@dundeebeachfishingcharters.com.au, or by letter. No cancellation will be accepted unless received in writing.

All charter bookings cancelled outside 60 days incur a 5% charge of booking cost.

Bookings cancelled between 60- 30 days incur 50% charge of booking cost.

Bookings cancelled inside 30 days incur 100% charge of booking cost.

Bookings rescheduled to a later date do not incur charges.

Prices DO NOT include

Prices DO NOT Include Airfares (unless specified) airport taxes, any costs incurred en route to and from the destination, meals (unless specified), alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, items of a personal nature, and personal services not specified as being included in costs with information on this website.

Travel Insurance

We strongly suggest that you take out travel insurance. It is important that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfare(s).

Events beyond our control

Dundee Beach Fishing Charters does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of government or of any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or mailing address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
